
The consulting firm Equadrat asked us to update their branding. We have previously collaborated with science and education companies through our work with the scientist and journalist Sasha Borisova.
The Equadrat communication and marketing team provided a well-done and descriptive brief- as we have rarely seen before.


The team decided to align with companies in the same field and use a wordmark layout enriched by a subtle message. The “2” can be a distinctive sign, while a book-style font embeds a friendly feeling of education.

First sketches and plenty of ideas are to be selected.

Simplifying the wordmark to just e+2
The design of number 2 has been used to create other branding elements revolving around the bookmark concept.

We tested how it looks among the major companies in this field, and happy with the result, we decided to print out some materials and take a random picture.
In reality, it is a set found in Adobe Creative Cloud.
