Ex voto are an ancient form of Catholic devotion: they were donated to the Church after obtaining a grace through prayers and sacrifices.
They are small paintings or tiny objects, often made of silver, in the most varied shapes: they can be images of legs, eyes, hands, children, but most commonly hearts.
As usual I started to engrave them by suggestion.
